The Meeting room or Conference can accommodate 15 persons with an U Shape installation – 25 persons with a Classroom installation and more with a conference installation (without table).
The meeting room is equipped with one or several paper boards, a screen a WIFI acess. It has a 2 Window-Door openings on the swimming pool and terrace of the hotel.

Different formulaes and prices :
Location of room only 120 euros for a day with mineral water.
We propose 2 breaks at 5 € per persons. One in the morning comprising of coffee, orange juice, mini pastries and another one in the afternoon with coffee, orange juice, dry cakes and fruits.
The complete package at 45 € per person : meeting room with welcome coffee, breaks, meal with wine and coffee, departure break or afternoon break.
The half day package is at 35 € per person.
The meal is a regional one with 2 menus proposed :
Menu A – Salad with preserved gizzards our seasonal melon, braised duck magret, Prunes and Armagnac Tourt, coffee.
Menu B – Country ham, salmon, apple tart, vodka lemon sherbet, coffee.
Wine included for the 2 menus are Graves de Vayres (from neighbourhood) and served ¼ pichet per person.
